Carrying out day to day Construction jobs such as precommissioning and commissioning for LNG Trains. Calibration of all types of transmitters like Flow, Pressure, Level and Temperature
done installation  of Control Valves, like changing gland packing, seat and plug inspection, passing test with Ventil test bench, upgrading the valve -Manages and trains instrumentation technician`s teams and instrument activities.-Responsible for work schedule and organize manpower loading.-Ensure that company safety rules and quality procedures are fully respected.-Ladder Diagram checking and modification.-Familiar with all type of field instruments including Pneumatic, Electronic and Smart TypeInstrument.(Hart,fieldbus and Wireless Technology)- Experiencing in overhauling all types of Control Valve and Motorize Valve.-Experience in Calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, installation,
Loop checking and commissioning. Familiar with various types of instrument [Transmitters,Switches, Control Valve, controllers, Pressure Relief Valve, Safety Valve and etc] such Honeywell(TDC 3000,Experion C 300),Yokogawa, Fisher @ Rosemount(Delta V) and etc.-DCS System checking including Loop Checking, configuration checking, troubleshooting .

 i have  Participate to preparation and/or execution of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and

operation activities at site for assigned project. The subject project is a LNG Terminal facility to off-take and re-gasify liquefied natural gas.

The Terminal is designed for the reception and storage of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from ships. This LNG is pumped-out from storage tanks, vaporized and sent to the natural gas transmission system at required conditions of pressure and temperature. The LNG Terminal is composed of the following sections / facilities: LNG unloading system; Storage system: LNG storage tanks and LP pumps; Boil-off Gas Compressors; Recondenser system; High pressure LNG pumps; Vaporizers (SCV’s, ORV’s); Metering system; Fuel gas system; Flare system; Truck loading system; recirculation lines; Pipeline System delivering seawater for firewater, Submerged Combustion Vaporizers (SCV’s).

Utilities and systems together, emergency diesel generator, chemical dosing, nitrogen storage/evaporation, utility/instrument air units and installations supplying and distributing electricity in the area of the terminal, control systems, LNG and NG analysers, water analyser, NOx analyser  etc. and auxiliary infrastructure, including buildings, roads, security.
